Job description (Main Duties and Responsibilities):
We are looking for an Office Manager to lead and oversee the business in all aspects.
The candidate will be competent in all business aspects from the day to day running of the company, to managing the office and operation, dealing with issues and growing the company. The goal will be to ensure the profitability of our company activities drive and is a long-term success.
You will be expected to learn all aspects of the company, from the day to day actives in the office.
Duties include but are not exclusive to:

Overall running of the office and delegation of work duties
Answering calls & responding to email enquiries and requests
Liaising with Clients, Suppliers and team members. Therefore, a proficient command of written and spoken communication skills is necessary.
Typing of correspondence
Updating and implementing internal systems for administration
Control of booking in system for sub contractors to carry out works
Ensuring receipt of works orders from Client
Invoicing
managing office supplies
respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and deal with the consequences.

Person specification (Skill, Qualification, Experience):
High work ethic & team player
Punctual & reliable
Proven experience in administrative roles with direct executive support responsibilities
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Discretion and confidentiality of the highest degree
Resilient and able to work using own initiative
Strong attention to detail and highly organized
Able to work under pressure and to deadlines 10TH JULY 2025
